All orders are shipped with tracking number from Germany via DHL or UPS.

We ship to the EU, Norway, Switzerland, Great Britain, USA, Canada, Saudi Arabia and Australia.

How long does it take to process the order?

Each order will be shipped within 3-7 business days of receipt of order.


How long does delivery take?

Shipping within Germany usually takes 1-2 business days.
Shipping within the EU usually takes 3-5 business days.
International packages take an average of 10 - 20 business days to be delivered.
In exceptional cases, delivery can take up to 50 days.

Shipping to Switzerland: 15 CHF

Shipping to Norway: 180 NOK

Shipping to the UK: £15

Shipping to Australia: 50 AUD

Shipping to Saudi Arabia: 80 SAR

For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties and taxes as well as costs for money transfers through credit institutions (e.g. transfer or exchange rate fees) may apply.
