Can I change the delivery address later?

Unfortunately that is not possible.

Please check all data carefully before placing your order. 

If there is only a typographical error, please contact contact@trettonvintage.com as soon as possible.

Which payment methods do you offer?

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from Germany.

We ship to:

EU, Norway, Switzerland, UK, USA, Canada, Australia.

All orders are insured and shipped with tracking number via DHL or UPS.

How long does it take to process the order?

Each order will be shipped within 3-7 business days of receipt of order.

How long does delivery take?

Shipping within Germany usually takes 1-2 working days.

International packages take an average of 7-20 days to be delivered. In exceptional cases, delivery can take up to 50 days.

Within EU: Free

To the USA: 20 $

To Canada: 53 CAD

To Switzerland: 15 CHF  

To Norway: 180 NOK

To the UK: 15 £

To Australia: 50 AUD

Duties and Taxes:

Deliveries outside the European Union may incur local customs duties and taxes, as well as costs for money transfers through credit institutions (e.g. bank transfer or exchange rate fees). The buyer bears these possible additional charges. If you have any further information or questions, please contact your responsible bank or customs office. If you cannot find your desired destination country in our overview, please send us an inquiry to contact@trettonvintage.com and we will try to make an individual delivery possible.

Condition 

All items are carefully checked. In the online shop you will only find items that meet our high quality standards.

Please note that this is not a new item. The items are vintage goods, which are always in good, well-kept condition.

Each product description states the condition of the item.

Are the items authentic?

All of our vintage items are carefully inspected before they go live on our shop. We have a lot of knowledge of vintage designer items and all items are checked for inconsistencies in detail. We would never offer you items, that leave a doubt about their authenticity.
