Can I change the delivery address later?
Unfortunately that is not possible.

How long does it take to process the order?
Each order will be shipped within 3-7 business days of receipt of order.
How long does delivery take?
Shipping within Germany usually takes 1-2 working days.
International packages take an average of 7-20 days to be delivered. In exceptional cases, delivery can take up to 50 days.

Duties and Taxes:
For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties and taxes as well as costs for money transfers through credit institutions (e.g. transfer or exchange rate fees) may apply. The buyer / recipient bears these possible additional charges. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer / recipient. The parcels will be shipped DAP. If the buyer / recipient refuses to accept the shipment or to pay the applicable import duties, this constitutes a refusal of acceptance. In such cases, no refund will be issued. If you have any further information or questions, please contact your responsible bank or customs office. If your desired destination country is not in our overview, please send us an inquiry to contact@trettonvintage.com and we will try to make an individual delivery possible.
If the package is returned to us:
Please note: If the buyer refuse to accept the package or the buyer don't pay the customs fee or the buyer made a mistake with the address or any other reason which is the buyer's responsibility and the package returns to us, the buyer will have to cover the costs of the return. The buyer also have to cover additional shipping costs of sending the package to the buyer again. If the buyer refuses to accept the shipment or to pay the applicable import duties, this constitutes a refusal of acceptance. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Condition
All items are carefully checked. In the online shop you will only find items that meet our high quality standards.
Please note that this is not a new item. The items are vintage goods, which are always in good, well-kept condition.
Each product description states the condition of the item.
Are the items authentic?
All of our vintage items are carefully inspected before they go live on our shop. We have a lot of knowledge of vintage designer items and all items are checked for inconsistencies in detail. We would never offer you items, that leave a doubt about their authenticity.

Disclosure of Contact Data to Shipping and Customs Authorities
For the purpose of processing the shipment, we transmit the e-mail address and telephone number you provided during the ordering process to the shipping company entrusted with the delivery. This enables delivery notifications and, where necessary, direct contact by the carrier. In addition, the shipping company may, within the framework of applicable legal requirements, forward this information to customs authorities or other public bodies where this is necessary for customs clearance and import formalities. Any further transfer of your data will not take place.
